All the students of CGC are hereby informed that the last date of submitting forms for PTU Dec, 2010 exams for all the regular as well as reappear cases, without any late fee, is 29.11.2010. The examination fee including Rs. 300/- as contribution towards PARIVATAN-2K 10 is as follows :-
Rs. 860/- for all batches except 2010 batch
Rs. 1010/- for 2010 batch
All the students are advised to clear their old dues completely and submit their forms and fees by Friday, the 26.11.10, so that the same could be made to reach PTU by 29.11.2010 (Monday).
It may be noted that after 26.11.2010, the forms will be accepted with late fee of upto Rs. 5000/- as per PTU's schedule.
Regarding dues, it is clarified that all the old dues must be clear, but depositing the college /hostel/bus fees for next semester before 26.11.2010 is not essential. As already notified, the last date for depositing next semester fees without any late fee fine is 30.11.2010. The students who do not deposit their next semester fee by 30.11.2010, will not be allowed to appear in Dec. 2010 PTU exams starting from 10.12.2010.
