I am happy to note that a large number of students of B-Tech, MBA, BBA and HMCT are attending extra classes on Saturdays/ Sundays and other holidays to make up 75% attendance. However, some students are not doing so. It is once again clarified to each & every student of CGC that they will be allowed to appear in Dec 2010 PTU exams only if they complete 75 % attendance requirement.
All the concerned students are once again advised to check up their upto date attendance from their respective HODs and attend extra classes on following Saturdays/Sundays and other holidays, so that they are able to complete 75 % attendance:
November: - 20, 21, 27, 28
December: - 4, 5, 6,7,8,9
PTU's external viva voce exam will be held from Dec 1 to Dec 3, 2010 and regular theory exam will start from Dec 10, 2010.

All the Directors/Principals of CGC with a request to get this notice readout in all the classes and put up a list of students likely to fall short of 75% attendance even if they attend all regular classes from today upto the last working day of this semester ie 30.11.2010. Extra classes may also be arranged during free periods like sports, class counseling, library, Internet periods etc and after 4.30 pm or before 9.15 am.
